Official Contest Rules

All contests are sponsored and operated by:

Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, these contests in any manner. Apple does not endorse, administer, or bear any responsibility for any contest, prize, or dispute. Any questions, complaints, or claims must be directed to KNACKZENT LLC, not to Apple.

Google LLC is likewise not a sponsor of and is not involved in these contests in any manner.

To enter a paid contest you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older;
• Be physically located in Wisconsin at the time of entry;
• Have a valid IQnack account registered in your own name;
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of KNACKZENT LLC.

We verify location at entry. Attempting to disguise your location — including through a VPN, proxy, or location spoofing — is a violation of these Rules and grounds for forfeiture and account closure.

One account per person. Multiple accounts operated by the same person are prohibited.

Outcomes in IQnack contests are determined by the skill of the players, not by chance.

• Symmetrical conditions. Every player in a given contest receives the identical questions or boards, in the identical order, with the identical time limits. No player receives easier or different content.
• No random outcome. Nothing in scoring is randomized. Results follow directly from answer accuracy and answer speed.
• No pay-to-win. No purchase, item, or payment improves a player's chance of winning. Entry fees are identical for all players in a contest.
• Skill factors. Knowledge, recall, pattern recognition, reading speed, visual scanning, decision-making under time pressure, and accuracy.

1. Create a free IQnack account and verify your phone number or email.
2. Add funds to your account balance using an accepted payment method. Deposits are processed by our third-party payment processor and are not made through in-app purchase.
3. Select a contest and confirm the entry fee.

Your entry fee is deducted from your account balance at the moment you enter.

• Each question or board carries a fixed time limit of 7 seconds.
• A correct answer scores; an incorrect or unanswered item does not.
• Ties are broken in this order: (1) highest score; (2) lowest total time spent on correct answers; (3) fewest unanswered items; (4) if still tied, the contest is declared a dead heat and the prize is divided equally among the tied players.

Results are final when displayed. Decisions of KNACKZENT LLC regarding scoring, eligibility, and rule interpretation are final.

Prizes are credited to your IQnack account balance immediately upon contest settlement. Cash prizes may be withdrawn subject to the withdrawal terms in our Terms of Service, including identity verification.

You are responsible for all taxes on prizes you win. If your net winnings meet or exceed the applicable IRS reporting threshold in a calendar year, we may be required to issue a Form 1099 and will request the information necessary to do so. Failure to provide it may delay or prevent withdrawal.

KIQ is a virtual currency used for practice play, cosmetic items, and in-app rewards.

• KIQ cannot be purchased. It is earned only through play and in-app bonuses.
• KIQ has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for cash prizes.
• KIQ is not property and may be adjusted, expired, or removed at our discretion.

The following are prohibited and result in disqualification, forfeiture of entry fees and prizes, and possible account closure:

• Using any bot, script, automation, macro, or external tool;
• Using a second device, second person, or any external reference to answer questions;
• Screen recording, screen sharing, or capturing contest content;
• Operating more than one account, or colluding with another player;
• Exploiting a bug, glitch, or unintended behavior rather than reporting it;
• Interfering with the fairness or integrity of a contest in any way.

We use automated and manual review to detect these behaviors. Where we find a violation, we may void results, reverse prizes, withhold balances associated with the violation, and close the account.

If a contest cannot be completed — through a technical failure, a disconnection affecting fairness, or a defect in the content — we may void the contest and refund all entry fees to the entrants' account balances. If a contest is completed but a scoring error is discovered, we may correct the result and adjust balances accordingly.

If a question or board is found to be defective after a contest has settled, we may, at our discretion, refund the affected entry fees rather than restage the contest.

Any dispute not resolved through support is governed by the dispute resolution provisions of our Terms of Service.

We may update these Rules. The version in effect at the time you enter a contest governs that contest. Material changes will be announced in the App and posted at https://iqnack.com/official-rules.
