Eligibility
Last updated: [DATE]
IQnack currently offers paid-entry skill contests to players who are 18 or older and physically located in the State of Wisconsin.
We are starting in a single state deliberately. Rules for skill-based competition differ from state to state, and we would rather operate carefully in one place than broadly in many.
Wisconsin residents, 18+ — you can play for cash prizes.
Everywhere else — paid contests are not available to you yet.
Free practice play is available without entry fees and awards no cash prizes. It uses KIQ, our virtual currency, which cannot be purchased and has no cash value.
We confirm your location when you enter a paid contest, using your device and network information. We do not track your precise location, and we do not follow your movements. We check one thing: whether you are in an eligible state at the moment you enter a contest.
If you're outside Wisconsin, you can still create an account, play free practice, and view standings. You just won't be able to enter paid contests.
Using a VPN, proxy, emulator, or location-spoofing tool to appear to be in Wisconsin is a violation of our Terms of Service. It results in forfeiture of entry fees and prizes and can result in permanent account closure. This isn't a technicality — operating outside the states where we're set up to operate puts the whole platform at risk.
Every IQnack app is 18+, everywhere, with no exceptions. We verify age at registration and may re-verify at any point, and always before a withdrawal.
We intend to open additional states over time. When we do, this page is updated first — it is always the current, authoritative list of where paid contests are available.
